Wheat flour, of the highest quality, is milled into cylinders using a state-of-the-art process. 100% Italian durum wheat semolina gives the pastry a distinct flavor.<\/p>\n

For more than 30 years, the company has been incorporating bronze drawing for plain pasta into its production processes.<\/p>\n

We pay special attention to our customers, in fact the products arrive on the tables fresh or, if packaged, respecting food standards thanks to a rigorous pasteurization process performed at low temperature so as not to alter the organoleptic properties of our pasta.<\/p>\n
